In 1986 Rockford Corporation started a program to teach installers the best way to use Rockford Fosgate amplifiers and speakers. The course started with basic system design, passive crossover design and the basics of Speaker enclosures. A second, more advanced class was also developed and Rockford's Technical Training Institute was now in full scale operation. To this day, there are those who can't believe that one amp can run twenty speakers. Rockford Technical Training Institute has helped Rockford dealers stay several steps ahead of the competition.
